LTAD System

The LTAD system is the global scientific curriculum we follow at Queen Academy to build an athlete on sound foundations that last a lifetime.

What is the LTAD System?

Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a sporting framework focused on the swimmer's needs at every age stage. The system aims to avoid early athletic burnout and ensure reaching peak performance at the right age while maintaining a love for the sport.
